CHRIS BROWN MAY GO TO JAIL.

A US judge has revoked singer Chris Brown’s probation for beating Rihanna — meaning he 

could now face FOUR YEARS in prison.

Chris was with rumoured girlfriend Karrueche Tran at time of incident 

Superior Court Judge James Brandlin revoked the felony probation, of which he's been on
since 2009 after being convicted of assaulting then girlfriend Rihanna, after the 25 year-old was charged with hit and run offences and driving without a valid licence, as reported, following an accident in Los Angeles in May.

He's accused of rear-ending another vehicle that was stopped at a red light and then refusing to give the other driver his driving licence or insurance information, a charge he's always denied.

Despite his probation being provoked Brown was released by the court until a hearing in August, where it will be decided if he is guilty of violating the terms of his parole, with the singer potentially facing four years in jail if found guilty.

Under the rules of his probation he was required to obey all laws without fail, which is why cops are taking a relatively minor offence so seriously.
