Usher's son survives drowning.
Usher Raymond's 5 year old son is currently in the Intensive Care Unit at an Atlanta hospital after he almost drowned in family pool on Monday.
Both the maid and Usher's Aunt couldn't rescue the boy when his hand got stuck in a drain while trying to get his toy.
Some contractor workers at the house dove in and freed the boy, he was revived by CPR.
Usher Raymond was not at home during the accident. If you recall Usher's step son, Kile Glover, 11, died last year in an accident at Lake Lanier in Georgia.

Raymond V is the youngest of Usher's two sons from ex-wife Tameka.

In the documents filed in Fulton County, Georgia, Tameka claims Usher is failing to fulfill his duties as a father by letting other people take care of the kids.

The singer was granted full custody of the children in August 2012, following a bitter divorce. Tameka has limited custodial rights.
